Roger Budd, Jr., native of Valdosta, GA and graduate of the University of Georgia, is the founder, and he still takes an active role in the company. Roger Budd, III, graduate of Vanderbilt University, is the current co-leader of the company. Roger Jr.'s wife, Julie Budd (Atlanta/Athens native, University of Georgia graduate), also is active in company leadership and management.
