Roger Budd Company is a multi-generational family-owned commercial and residential real estate company. Roger Budd, Jr., native of Valdosta, GA and graduate of the University of Georgia, is the founder, and he still takes an active role in the company. Roger Budd, III, graduate of Vanderbilt University, is the current co-leader of the company. Roger Jr.'s wife, Julie Budd (Atlanta/Athens native, University of Georgia graduate), also is active in company leadership and management.

As Residential/Collections Manager Bryce is responsible for helping tenants find homes that suit their needs and preferences. She also oversees the day-to-day operations of residential properties., including collecting rent.

Jessica is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of maintenance tasks, ensuring that all facilities, equipment, and systems are maintained in good working condition. This role involves coordinating preventive maintenance schedules, managing work orders, liaising between maintenance teams and departments, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
